Voice from the Heart Alliance is a grassroots coalition of organisations and individuals from around Australia supporting the 2017 Uluru Statement from the Heart. Unley Allies has registered as a ‘local group’ member. Other SA Ally groups may like to consider joining! Voice from the Heart Alliance provides up-to-date news, events and resources to support ally groups.

We also have our first “Node”: The Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide. A Node is an umbrella organisation that is committed to disseminating and promoting information and action among its member ally groups, some of which may individually sign up to Allies SA.
Events
The First Gathering of Allies in SA was held on Sunday 17 November 2024. More than 120 Allies gathered at Woodside to hear from a panel of First Nations speakers plus guest speakers Senator Penny Wong and Kyam Maher MLC. We discussed what it means to be an ally and plans were made for future combined gatherings.
The Second Gathering of Allies: Next Wave of Yes was held on Sunday, 19 October, two years after the Voice Referendum. Go to the Past Events to read about this event that has inspired, strengthened resolve, and touched many hearts toward action that supports and empowers Australia’s First Nations people.
